Mon Jun 15th 2015, 9:53PMBREAKING NEWS: Final Fantasy 7 Remake has been confirmed for the Playstation 4 and likely for other systems after its initial release. The crowd cheered, many stood up in a standing ovation. So far it's arguably the most exciting announcement this year.More information will be made available once we get the press packet. Tue Jun 16th 2015, 8:00AMAs promised, here's an update with more information relating to the FF7: Remake. But first, let's watch the trailer. What we know is that FF7: Remake is in fact a remake meaning it's entirely built from ground-up. We also know that it will release FIRST on the Playstation 4, but there's no information available yet on what other systems it will be released for. The visuals seem on par with Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children at least the cinematics (although with this generation in games, it's entirely doable). We also know that while Bethesda was the talk of E3 but it seems that they now have a worthy contender. Some have even said they were very upset at the news while most seems very pleased with it.We don't know yet when the game will release, or when more information will be made available, however in the trailer it states "More to come this winter", hinting that the release date won't be this year.Square Enix will have their E3 conference today in a few hours: 9AM PDT/ 5PM BST/ 1AM JST2:15PM - Well the Square Enix conference is done and over with. What a great lineup and that Star Ocean demo blew my mind, I screamed like a little fangirl. Unfortunately at this time there's not much more to add to FF7: Remake, however they will be releasing their press documents soon.
