It seems that
NTT DoCoMo has now gone and done it, they have once again advanced technology to a whole new level by creating a tablet that weighs just 249 grams. It's not only going to be used for this tablet but many more handheld devices in the future, possibly making it a standard. To compare, the new tablet will be roughly 71% of the weight of the Google's N7 tablet, and 63% of the Kindle Fire HD. Carbon fiber is not only light weight but also more durable, meaning that future Nokia phones will likely sport them, or perhaps they've always been sporting it?
The tablet will sport 1280x800 pixel resolution, a 1.5Ghz dual-core CPU and a 8MP camera with a 3,100 mAh battery. Oh, and if you're wondering it will be running on the Icecream Sandwhich OS.
