Rumor has it that members of the Meiji University Tennis Club gathered outside of the Shinjuku theater and suddenly fainted. This rumor has spread only through Twitter and some blog websites such as Sankaku Complex, but nothing over mainstream media (yet). The police allegedly were baffled and seemed to have allowed people to gather around and take pictures of a group of women fainting. Instead of calling for an ambulance or clearing the scene, the police allegedly looked up their skirts to see if they soiled themselves, and indeed some have.2ch has already many, many posts regarding this from a hoax, to strange conspiracies. No one knows yet what caused all of this but one thing we know for sure thanks to the bravery of the police is that some women soiled themselves. You can see some of the pictures below.
Update: June 26We returned to find out what had happened and it appears that the students were in fact just drunk according to
Meiji University and that everyone involved has recovered. The University will also be disciplining the club so that it doesn't happen again.
