Nakakapag-Tagalog ka? Did that seem a little Japanese to you? If it did, it's because I asked a question with "ka?" at the end of the sentence but it's not Japanese. So what is it? Tagalog / Filipino. I was asking if anyone reading this spoke tagalog.Learning Japanese is a difficult task on its own when you know English but it becomes even more difficult when you only know one or more languages that aren't English because the necessary resources to learn Japanese are not readily available. In fact, in the Philippines, academia is not exactly the most widely accessible thing due to its high-cost and just about everyone is working more than they should rather than enjoying simple things like studying a new language. However most people in the Philippines understand both English in Tagalog but other countries may So why am I asking if anyone speaks Tagalog? Well, for one, I know a few people here that speaks it -- but more importantly I was wondering if Jappleng needs to open a new forum for international languages in the future. If there's a high-demand of people that wants it, then it'll happen. It doesn't have to be thousands of people, but rather dozens because tailoring to everyone whenever possible is something important to me.
If you wish to see support for other languages such as French, Tagalog, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, and so forth... Please share this post with your friends and family on social networking sites and have them post here to let me know that it's necessary.Jappleng will be complete within a month, and I would like to have a good idea on what people really want to see once it's up and running. While it's much too early to offer lessons in different languages, adding support in the forums would be a good first step to this.
Once again, this page is from a old section called News in Japan which hasn't been a thing since about 2016. But Jappleng has a lot more to offer such as:
