Eating sushi may seem like a simple task, you get your sushi rolls and some things on the side but how do you properly utilize these and how do you prevent yourself from offending the itamae (板前)? Here's a video that will explain it all!I hope this has been helpful to some of you, I have seen some people that take a few bites into the sushi or pour sauce on it. I don't say anything but this is my outlet to do so. Here you go!BONUS LESSON: An itamae (板前) is a chef that literally means "in front of the board". An 板前 can be found in many Japanese restaurants (レストラン), but is more commonly seen in the sushi (寿司) industry. If you liked this mini lesson, perhaps I could put in extra effort into the news published so that any article written by me could also be educational. Let me know what you think in the comments!
