Ladies and Gents, and a mixture of the in-betweens~ after taking the past few days off to rest my tired mind and body I am back with a list on what's coming next for Jappleng beginning later today. This list is intended as a guide to show what to expect in the coming weeks and why it matters for current members and potential members. Not a member yet? register, it's free!I've been talking a lot about getting Jappleng out of beta for a few months now, and it does take time as a lone wolf on the project but that time is almost here! Now let's get straight to the next batch of updates that will make Jappleng ready for full public use!The List (In no particular order)- Completion of the new IMChat Version 2 which has many new features including mobile compatibility- The completion of J-Spot social network including tagging, the Gallery, and personal information profiles- The completion of J-Mail, it's buggy and incomplete; gotta finish this!- The completion of User settings (because some features don't work yet)- The completion of the forums, some features don't work- The completion of the top menu, supporting notifications, tag search and so on...- The implementation of the new J-World Market (Public market will be closed off until after-beta)- The implementation of all existing achievements- Daily Login Bonuses- New Travel Guides- New JPLearn! Lessons- New Educational Videos- New News Items (BTW: You can create your own and get rewards for it)- Password reset / Username forgot system for login- Quick Registration system using Social Networks (Optional for the user)- Notices throughout the site about joining Jappleng- Many bug fixesThat is a lot to do, it really is. Just completing JSpot and the new Chat application will take all of next week to complete! J-Mail, Settings, Achievements, and the J-World Market will also take another week to complete. As for the rest what's one the list, it'll take another week to complete, making it a total of 3-weeks (about) to complete everything on this list. If I were to work OT at about 12 hours a day I could do it in about a week and a half, but I would probably not fare out too well considering I just recovered from a burnout from doing exactly that.That is not to say, don't tell your friends until then...
