Also, take a look at this checklist for specific details.#1: Jappleng Mobile Chat / IMChatV2 (Next Week)Love the chat but hate the fact you can't use it well on your mobile device? I've got just the solution for you! This past week I've been working on a new chat app which alleviates the old technical issues and also introduces mobile compatibility. But it's not just for mobile, it's for PC, tablets and cross-platform and supports all major browsers!The old chat worked okay, but now you'll see how the chat is supposed to be with full support! Many new features are making their way and it's already in alpha preview for anyone interested! If you are interested come into our current chat and ask about it.#2: J-Spot Social Network (Next Week)Are you tired of social networks blocking you because you can't have an anime name, or forced to use real credentials? Not on J-Spot! That's right, the J-Spot! social network is the right spot for any Japanese fan as its features are specifically tailored for this community. While most of J-Spot is already complete, there are still features left to implement such as the relationship / harem feature, hashtags / search, and more. The foundation of J-Spot will be complete sometime next week which will be just in time to tell the whole world how great Jappleng is!You can find a link to your J-Spot at the top menu of the page (If logged in).#3: J-World Market (Few weeks from now)Wondering what you can do with your hard earned J-Points and Achievement Points? They can be redeemed at the J-World market for cool prizes! Presently there are prizes in the current J-World Market but it's closed down for the time being while the new J-World market is being developed. What will be new? Transactions will be a lot more secure, secure enough to act like real world transactions but no money will be involved. Additionally, a public market will be open so if you buy or collect a rare item, you can sell it on the J-World market. Lastly, we'll also be collecting a percentage from the public J-World Market so that it can be used for something else... Perhaps a lottery? Try and collect every possible item for your collection! But what will they do? All of them have a purpose, some unlock different features to the site, others can be used as a badge. Regardless, there's only one way to collect these points and that's to participate on Jappleng!#4: Settings (Next week)Most settings can be changed already but not all of them can be. Sometime next week all settings will serve a purpose so be sure to keep an eye out for this update!#5: New Lessons/Editorials (Sometime in February)There's a lot of editorials in draft but none that are ready to be published. As much as I'd love to work on them and release them as soon as possible, it's not yet time to do so. Allow me to complete the foundation of the site before I can release tons of new editorials! I plan to write at least 100 lessons and Editorials (excluding news pieces) this year on my own, so please look forward to them! If you want to contribute your own editorials, please let me know #6: Telling the World (Third week of February)Love Jappleng? Of course you do! On the third week of February we'll begin spreading the word of Jappleng throughout the world! But we can't do it on our own and we don't have much in funds to do so since we're not putting ads on the site to generate revenue. So we'll rely solely on word of mouth and social networks for the first phase. Be sure to get your friends hyped, we're going to have a blast!
