This story will seem as if it came straight from a Japanese Ecchi manga, but sure enough, it happened and we're left to wonder why would someone do that? Well, as it turns out a 54-year-old letch man in Togawaramachi, Minami Ward, Kumamoto Prefecture was caught, and arrested for being a suspect of stealing women panties. The suspect, Hiroshi Sugihara stole 7 pairs of panties from women that have left their panties in dryers at unattended laundromats. Of course, stealing is a harsh word to use since taking forgotten clothes is not necessarily a crime to get arrested for, but Japan has a problem with panty thieves and Sugihara was suspected of stealing them from the dryer not only after but during its cycle.But of course, this letch doesn't let a minor arrest stop him, he just had to take pictures of himself wearing women's undergarments just a few days later. After the police had their warrant, they searched Sugihara's home and found more than 100 pairs of panties, presumably taken from various unsuspecting women. No word as of yet what will happen to Sugihara, but perhaps one thing should happen, and that is to host a picture of him in every laundromat so that he's banned and known to be a pilfering pervert all across Japan.
