Are you a weakling struggling with 10 pushups but want to be able to become a super hero and save the world? Well now you can with the Saitama Training Program (STP)! This program is free of charge but to get he maximum benefits, please watch Saitama sensei every week on TV Tokyo! The key to his super hero strength is rigorous, difficult, and insensitive daily training that will push your limits. As a person you will discover a side of you that you didn't know about. The Saitama training is not for the feint of heart, it is reserved only for the elite trainers that are willing with all their heart to become a super hero. If you can do this and can put your body at risk and to become bald, you are ready for the STP!
First, wake up early in the morning and I mean REALLY early. How early? Early enough to be able to eat, stretch, run for 10km and do 3 different routines in a day. We recommend 5am but Saitama didn't exactly specify. Proper stretching before and after training is STRONGLY recommended.
DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! You will risk injuring yourself if you do not stretch properly and Saitama Sensei himself has experienced internal bleeding before.
FOOD: Eat 3 meals per day, start with a Banana.
Air conditioning: Do not use it! This is against the Saitama Training Program! Not using Air conditioning according to Sensei Saitama will allow you to build extreme resistance!
Workout: 100 Pushups! 100 Squats! 100 Situps! Run 10KM (6.5Miles)You do not need to do all of these at once, for instance if you can only do 10 pushups, it will be impossible to do 100 pushups in one go, instead do a little at a time, alternating between different workout routines until you reach 100 pushups in a day and so on...
Do this for 300 Days! And don't stop, always push yourself to the limit!
This training is of course from the popular Anime / Manga,
One Punch Man which is a fantastic Anime in itself but the reality of this training program is that it's pretty mediocre (basic) training. If you have trouble doing all of this in one day and you're completely wrecked the following day, you really need to workout more often. If you're insistent in continuing with the Saitama Training Program, then start out every 2 days to allow your body to get used to moving around and when you feel confident in about a week or two, do it daily but remember that in reality your body will quickly adapt to the same training regimen and it won't be as effective after a few weeks. Mix it up but more importantly, if you do manage to complete the Saitama training program (300 days), please report back and let us know if you can punch through a car!
