Jappleng is Released, but what to do to attract people?

Jappleng has been released since June 10 and now that all sections are ready to go (minus the bugs and minor features missing), what is there needed to attract more people to come to Jappleng and how to involve them with the site?

The problem with Jappleng is that it's very big and it's not that obvious on what to do. This has been an ongoing problem and I've known this since forever ago but I wanted to tackle this issue after the release. Another problem seems to be that people aren't as proactive in posting or keeping up with their posts as members from the Jappleng Blog/forum days. Before, people would join, be very active on day 1 and continue to be so, but today, that habit isn't at all the same.

I'm asking the community now what should happen next? The obvious is that new content and new features / fixes will be added gradually but what about ideas on how to get people more involved with Jappleng? Posting here and there seems to be more difficult to convince people to do than I had imagined. I thought people would establish their own J-Blog or Club, perhaps say hello in the forums or use J-Spot fairly regularly but that's not the case.

I know it's only been 3 days since the release but while traffic and member count is steadily increasing, how can people be more motivated to post do you think? If you have ideas, please write them in the comments below.  Otherwise, if you want to meet new people, comment as well and let yourself be heard
