The title says it all. What kind of Japanese food do you like? I
personally didn't try much because where I live, there's just no
Japanese restaurants! I guess you could say, the closest I've had
to eating Japanese is rice and top ramen. LOL!!

That's too bad to hear. Maybe you'll eventually find yourself
nomming on some actual Japanese food in Japan. I like chicken
bento. You know the kind that they batter up with a side of rice
and stuff? There's a bento shop near me so I go there occasionally
for some delicious chicken bento.

I love Japanese snacks! (*^◇^)_旦 Milk tea, bubble tea (I think
that's korean?), ramune, pocky, meiji biscuits, yatsuhashi, you
name it I love it!

Has anyone
tried Natto?
It's my favorite, even though I've never got to try it! It's a
fermented bean that is super slimy, stringy, and smells awful!
Sounds amazing right? I know! That's why I want to try it so bad,
but even if it's for just one time. Haha. [br]Also I looooove
ramune and pocky. I buy it all the time and keep some on hand
Hehe.

I've never tried natto, but I hear it smells and tastes like
someone's vagina during their period mixed in with diarrhea.

LOL I don't think natto is THAT bad.... I had natto on a dish,
forgot what one but it wasn't that bad, I kind of liked it. Plus I
follow the motto where "if it's in your mouth, why not just
swallow?"

You know, a recent fantasy of mine is sitting in a ramen booth
during a rain/thunder storm. Not too severe, just enough to make it
a calm environment. Just sitting there with the plastic tarp at my
back, smelling the nice aroma that gets intensified by the humidity
while eating a nice warm meal like ramen, miso or katsudon.
