User Levels

Overview

There is a leveling system added to each user found on Jappleng. Levels permit users to unlock new features and items while showing off how great they are.

Experience Points System (XP)

Each level requires the user to earn a certain amount of experience points (XP) in order to gain a level. There are a total of 100 levels possible. Each level requires an exponetial amount of XP more than the previous. Please consult the chart at the bottom of this page for exact number count.

In order to earn more XP, the user must participate on the site. Virtually almost everything will give the user XP and if the action does result in an XP gain, it will appear as a popup "XP earned" with the total amount earned. Likewise, this is generally accompanied with J-Coins or even Even tokens. The more difficult the task, the more the user earns. For instance, replying to a forum thread is easier than creating a new thread and as a result creating a new forum thread will reward the user much more.

Levels

There are a total of 100 levels, where each user starts at level 1 with a maximum of 100 levels. To reach level 2 it requires 100XP. User levels are independent from other leveling systems found around Jappleng, this is the absolute user level. If a user plays Yokai Trainers, the levels earned in the game will be independent, however some XP and J-Coins as well as other things can be given to the user as a reward.

Boosters

Occasionally we give away boosters as a part of an event. Likewise, boosers are obtainable from the Jappleng Market. Each booster has a time limit. These items aren't activated upon purchase and must be activated first by visiting your items page.

User Level Boosters

Upon reaching a certain level milestone, it becomes easier to earn Experience Points and J-Coins thanks to User Level Boosters. These are permanent passive boosters applied to your account automatically.

Unlockable List

Due to the active development of this feature, this list is not available at this time. However, in the future it will describe what is unolocked at what level. Please keep in mind that not all items on the Jappleng Market can be purchased at Level 1, it may require a certain level requirement or Achievement to unlock.
