Overview / Plot
This Seinen Anime takes place in the near future where exoskeletons called Infinite Stratos (think a easy to wear Gundam) are piloted for sport, due to their ban in the military world-wide. “IS” are telepathic and can only be controlled by females due to their nature and thus begins our story when our young protagonist, Ichika Orimura (織斑 一夏) becomes the first male pilot of these devices.

Infinite Stratos are not very common and only a set number is fabricated and used world-wide throughout different academies. As one would presume, these academies have a student body of girls only and the teachers are no exception. This said being the only boy in a school full of girls will transcend a lot of humorous harem-like situations and ‘accidental’ moments.

What to Expect from this Anime
The first season has completed already at 12-episodes and the reception was well received throughout various anime communities. The story doesn’t unfold entirely during its first season which will have you wondering what will happen next, but you do get a good sense of character development.

There’s no nudity, however suggestive themes are prevalent in this series. As a harem, expect a lot of romancing from the girls, and competitions between the girls to get the main character whether it’s in a battle or showing off their body.

Due to its success, there is a chance that this series will get a second season, however there hasn’t been confirmation from the studios that a second season is in the works.
